Graduate Internship Program (GIP)
The Graduate Internship Program (GIP) aims to support the employment of graduates in the Information and Communications Technology sector by connecting qualified young talent with labor market needs, contributing to the creation of employment opportunities and strengthening companies’ capabilities through access to skilled digital talent. The program provides companies with the opportunity to recruit qualified graduates in ICT-related fields according to their workforce needs, while offering financial support covering 50% of the graduate’s salary, up to a maximum of JOD 150 per month for a period of 12 months.
The program targets graduates of ICT-related disciplines who have not been registered with Social Security after their graduation date, subject to the approved eligibility criteria and requirements. Participating companies must be registered with the Companies Control Department and the Social Security Corporation, hold a valid vocational license, and comply with the program’s approved terms and conditions.
The fourteenth phase of the program is expected to open for applications on 16 August 2026, providing further opportunities for ICT graduates to enter the labor market while enabling companies to access qualified young digital talent.
